Reasonably large & overall clean hotel, its location is particularly good just off so many restaurants, Lafayette after being displaced from homes due Louisiana storms, and stores.

I really enjoyed the room with a spa bath.

The food here is good, the room is spacious with a sofa bed, the linens are great, there's a spa bath, a wide variety of breakfast options.

The hotel was impeccably clean. The room was a nice size and fairly quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly day and night. It was a quite comfortable stay. Newly decorated and a pretty place.

The location here is awesome! It's close to restaurants, shops, and stores, which is super convenient. Especially if you've had to move because of the Louisiana storms! 🌟 The neighborhood is lovely and it's easy to get around.

The woman who prepares the breakfast isn't so friendly. Rm 226 - lots of dust in the vents, and the basket that holds coffee items. Elevator is super warm and stuffy. Hope no one gets stuck in there, they would suffocate. Needs snack/soda machine on second floor, next to ice machine.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Alarm clock broken - physically coming apart. TV's in exercise room did not work. Front desk said "don't know why and cable company cant fix" Front desk clerk could not find my rewards number in the computer. I had to go find my own receipt from a week ago to give the morning clerk the number again so she could find it.

The location of the hotel was great, with several restaurants within walking distance and shopping close by. The hotel was in a quiet area with plenty of parking spaces and well-lit grounds at night. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean, with great linens and a choice of soft and firm pillows. The breakfast offered numerous choices, and our group particularly enjoyed the bacon, omelets, and fresh fruit. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home during our stay.

Finding the hotel could be a bit challenging, as it was set back from the main street. Some guests reported difficulties with their rooms, such as a malfunctioning spa bath and a moldy smell.

Nice, new area. Surrounded by restaurants. A few blocks away from grocery stores, Starbucks, gas stations, Academy Sports, Acadiana Mall, some Outlet Stores but was very quiet. Was on the same street where my doctor's appointment was. Was close to Hwy 167 where some old established restaurants are.

The entryway light also controlled the lamp on the bed stand. Could not turn the lamp on and off with the entryway light off. Couldn't sleep with the entryway light on. Had to walk to the bathroom in the dark. Wireless wouldn't stay connected long.
